Introduction
This document provides the information on how to display the transactions of the selected option. Different information will be displayed depending on your selection at Show.
- Name, Code and Type, Status are available only if you have selected Terms at Show.
- Our ref., Your ref., SO no / PO no., Link ID, and Show: Matched are available only if you have selected another option other than Terms at Show.
Fields
Our ref.
This displays the reference number that is given to the customer.
Your ref.
This displays the reference number given by the customer. Select the check box to display all the transactions with the reference number.
Note: This is available only if the transaction selected is from a sales order or purchase order.
SO no. / PO no.
This displays the sales order or purchase order number. Select the check box to display all the transactions with the sales order or purchase order number.
Note: This is available only if the transaction selected is from a sales order, purchase order, or returns.
Link ID
This displays the link ID of reconciled transactions.
Show: Matched
Select this check box to display all the transactions of matched multiple invoices and single payment receipts.
Show
Select how you want the details of the transactions to be displayed. You can select any of the following:

Date — Select this to display the details of the transactions based on the date of the transactions.

Entry – By account — Select this to display the details of the transactions based on the journal entries. By default, this is selected.

G/L – By date — Select this to display the details of the transactions based on the date of the general ledgers.

G/L — Select this to display the details of the transactions based on the number of the general ledgers.

Item — Select this to display the details of the transactions based on the item number of the transactions.

Terms — Select this to display the details of the transactions based on the terms of the transactions.
Account ID, Account name
This displays the code and name of the corresponding account. Select the check box to display the details of the transactions that belong to the account. In this example, 60008, Jansen Accessories is displayed.
Account name, Account ID
This displays the name and code of the corresponding account.
Type, Status
This displays the type and status of the corresponding account. .
Buttons
Refresh
Click this to display the results based on the search criteria defined.
Export
Click this to export the results to Microsoft Excel.
Note
Click this to create, edit, and/or view the note for the selected transaction. For more information, see Creating and maintaining notes.
Note: This is enabled only if a transaction is selected.
Attachment
Click this to attach and/or view the attachment for the selected transaction. For more information, see Viewing attached documents.
Note: This is enabled only if a transaction is selected.
Logistics
Click this to view the sales order or purchase order of the selected transaction. For more information on sales orders, see Creating and maintaining sales orders. For more information on purchase orders, see Creating and maintaining purchase orders.
Note: This is enabled only if you have selected a transaction.
Void
Click this to void the selected invoice or payment transaction. The Void screen will then be displayed. Type a reason at Reason (this is mandatory), type a replacement reference number at Replacement (Our ref.), and then click OK to save the changes or Cancel to exit.
Note: This is enabled only if you have selected a transaction.
Maintain
Click this to view and/or edit the details of the general ledger account selected. For more information, see Creating and maintaining general ledger accounts.
Note: This is enabled only if you have selected a journal transaction.
Card
Click this to view the general ledger card of the selected transaction. For more information, see Viewing G/L cards.
Note: This is enabled only if you have selected a journal transaction.
Change
Click this to change the details of the selected transaction. For more information, see Modifying transaction details.
Note: This is enabled only if a transaction is selected.
Entry
Click this to view the general journal entries of the selected transaction. For more information, see Creating and maintaining general journal entries.
Note: This is enabled only if a transaction is selected.
Our ref.
Click this to view the details of the transaction(s) with the same reference number (our ref.) as the selected transaction.
Your ref.
Click this to view the details of the transaction(s) with the same reference number (your ref.) as the selected transaction.
Close
Click this to exit.
