This screen displays an audit trail report of all the sales orders whereby sales order transactions can be checked. The report also displays the actual delivery date of the sales order, generated invoice amount, amount paid, and other information for each sales order. From the overview, you can also:
Go to Order/Statistics/Audit trail and click Display.
The results screen is displayed after you have defined your search criteria at Order/Statistics/Audit trail and clicked Display.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to clear the sales order selection or to display the sales orders after the latest modification(s).
Click this to export the report to Microsoft Excel.
Click this to complete the selected sales order.
Note: This button is enabled only if the selected sales order has not been completed. If the sales order has not been fulfilled and invoiced, and Complete is clicked, a green check mark will be displayed under the Fulfillment column, and “0” will be displayed under the Ordered column. Otherwise, if the sales order has been invoiced, the Ordered column will display the Invoiced amount.
Click this to view all the contracts that are linked to the debtor.
Click this to view the details of the royalty assigned to the sales order such as the creditor’s name, item code, item description quantity, and amount.
Note: This button is enabled only if a sales order is selected.
Click this to view and/or edit the details of the debtor. For more information, see Creating and maintaining accounts receivable.
Note: The Debtor button is enabled only if a sales order is selected.
Click this to view the general ledger transactions incurred by the debtor. For more information, see Viewing debtor cards.
Click this to view all the general journal transactions of the sales order.
Click this to view the payment details of the sales order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining payment conditions in sales order audit trail report.
Click this to view the sales order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining sales orders.
Click this to view the generated invoice of the sales order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining sales invoices.
Note: This button is enabled only if the selected sales order has an invoice generated.
Click this to fulfill the sales order. A green check mark will be displayed if you click Refresh after fulfilling the sales order. For more information, see Fulfilling sales orders.
Click this to exit.
