Product Updates 421, 420, and 419: New support for Intrastat report in I01 format (Italian legislation)

In line with the Italian legislation, a new option is available when generating the Intrastat report. This allows the Intrastat report to be generated in I01 format (in addition to the existing CEE format). When generating an Intrastat report, a new 2019 option is available. Selecting 2019 will generate the Intrastat report in I01 format.

In addition to this, the following options are available under the Output section when generating the Intrastat report in I01 format:

• Codice UA - This refers to the ID of the sender of the file.
• Code of customs - This refers to the code of customs section where the file will be submitted.
• Ref num(Sales) - This refers to the sequence number of Intrastat declaration (for sales).
• Ref num(Purchase) - This refers to the sequence number of Intrastat declaration (for purchases).

Note: The filename convention of the generated report will follow the format of [Codice UA]MMDD.I01. As such, the above example will have the filename "4ERC0724.I01" since it was generated on 24 July.
