Introduction

This page allows you to search for warehouse transactions for a specific warehouse. Click Show to display a list of transactions within a specific period of time for the specific warehouse. You can view a specific warehouse transaction by clicking the transaction type under the Type column.

Menu path

Go to Logistics/Setup/General/Warehouses, and then click the relevant warehouse under the Description column. Under the Monitor section, click Inflow or Outflow to view the relevant transactions.

Roles & rights

All users can access this page.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Show

Click this to display a list of warehouse transactions that match the search criteria.

Refresh

Click this to refresh the list of warehouse transactions. This button is available after you have clicked Show.

Reset

Click this to clear the defined search criteria.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

Criteria section

Warehouse

Type or select a warehouse to display the warehouse transactions for the specific warehouse. This information is mandatory.

Date

Type or select a date or a range of dates to display the warehouse transactions that are registered on the selected dates. By default, the date range for one month ending on the current date is displayed.
