Overview of Item Statistics

This function allows you to view the item statistics grouped by assortment and assortment categories

Introduction

This page allows you to view the item statistics report grouped by assortment, assortment categories, or manager. The report also displays the number of items that are grouped under each assortment, assortment category, or manager.

Roles & rights

All users can access this page.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Show

Click Show to display a list of assortments that match the search criteria.

Refresh

Click Refresh to update the results according to the last defined criteria. This button is available after you have clicked Show.

Reset

Click this to clear the defined criteria.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

To view a selected item analysis report, select the report format at Report and the relevant assortment at Assortment, and then click Show.

Criteria section

Report

Select a report format to display the item statistics according to the report format. Four formats are available:

Statistics: Assortment – Category – This will display the assortment categories and the respective properties for a specific assortment. Statistics displayed next to the property description denote the number of items linked to the assortment property. Assortment properties that are not used will be highlighted with a note “Not used”. To view or modify the assortment and assortment property, click the property description. To view the items under the assortment property, click the number displayed next to the property description.
Count: Items – Group by Assortment – This will display the assortment and the corresponding statistics under the Item section. To view the items that are linked to the assortment, click the number in the Count column. Assortments that are not used by any item are listed under the Not used: Assortments section.
Count: Items – Group by: Category1 (Categoryname1) – Category10 (Categoryname10) – This will display the assortment category and the corresponding statistic for a specific assortment. To view the items that are linked to an assortment category, click the corresponding number in the Count column. Assortment categories for a specific assortment that are not used by any item are listed under the Not used: Category1 section.
Count: Items – Group by: Manager – This will display the list of employees and the corresponding statistics for a specific assortment. To view items that are under the responsibility of a employee, click the corresponding number in the Count column.

Note: Assortment categories such as Categoryname1-10 are user defined at Logistics/Setup/General/Assortment: Properties. For more information on defining assortment categories, see Overview of Assortment Properties.

Assortment

Select an assortment to display the item statistics for the items linked to this assortment.
