This page allows you to search for service activities.
To search for service activities, function right 858 – View service lines is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.

You can customize the fields and columns that you want to be displayed on the page by clicking Customize.
Click this to view the service activities based on the search criteria. For more information, see Overview of service activities for Service management.
Click this to clear the search criteria.
Click this to exit.
Type or select a division to display service activities for the division.
Type or select a request type to display service activities with the request type.
Select a priority to display service activities with the priority. You can select 1 – Urgent, 2 – High, 3 – Medium, 4 – Low, or 5 – Long term. You can also leave the field blank to display service activities with any priority.
Type or select an account to display service activities for the account.
Type an ID to display service activities for the ID.
Select a request status to display service activities for the status. You can select 0 – Open, 1 – Approved, 2 – Rejected, 3 – Processed, 4 – Realized, or 5 – Draft. You can also leave this field blank to display service activities with any status.
Type or select a contract to display service activities for the contract.
Type or select a serial number of the service to display service activities with the service serial number.
Type or select a serial number of the part to display service activities with the part serial number.
Type or select a solution to display service activities with the solution.
Type a city to display service activities with the city.
Type or select a configuration to display service activities with the configuration.
Type or select a configuration item to display service activities with the configuration item.
Type or select a problem to display service activities with the problem.
Type or select a zip code to display service activities with the zip code.
Type or select a person who will be in-charge of the service activity. Select the Empty check box to view service activities that have not been assigned to any person.
Select a type to display service activities with the type. You can select Planning or Realization. You can also leave this field blank to display service activities with any type.
Type or select an item to display service activities with the item.
Type the hour range to display service activities that requires the number of hours defined.
Select an entry type to display service activities with the entry type. You can select Part or Hour. You can also leave this field blank to display service activities with any entry type.
Define the columns by selecting the relevant options. By default, Request: ID is selected. Select the Descending check box if you want the data in the column to be displayed in a descending order.
Type the number of seconds you want the page to be automatically refreshed. For example, if you type 30 seconds, the service activity overview will be automatically refreshed every 30 seconds. Select the Pause check box if you want to pause the automatic refresh.
This section is not displayed by default. Click Customize, and then select the check box next to View to display it.
Select this option to display the service activities grouped by activity.
Select this option to display the service activities grouped by request.
