Logistics Section

Item labels

  • Item block
    This block consists of data about an item such as the item code, item description, item group, and item group description.

  • Sales block
    This block consists of fields which can be used to enter data like the sales order number, the delivery debtor's name, and the delivery debtor's code.

Purchase order/Blanket PO

  • Address block
    This block consists of data about the delivery address and the
    supplier’s address.

  • Item block
    This block consists of data in a table about the items ordered such as the
    items code, items description, quantity ordered, and price of the items.

  • Text line block
    This block consists of fields which can be used to enter data on the purchase order when the item block is not used. The data could be a text line printed on the purchase order.

  • Carry forward block
    If a purchase order is made up of multiple pages, data about the total order amount of each page which is classified under this block can be printed below the page as a carry forward amount.

  • Continuation block
    If a purchase order is made up of multiple pages, data about the total order amount of each page which is classified under this block can be printed on top of the subsequent page as a continuation.

  • Total block
    This block consists of data on the total amount of the purchase order such as the total order value and total order quantity.

  • Header block
    This block consists of fields which you can use to enter data on the header section of the purchase order. This data could be the order number, delivery date, and payment condition.

  • Trial order block
    This block consists of fields or text which are printed on the trial order layout.

  • Text block 1/Text block 2
    These blocks consist of free text lines you can insert to the layout to type additional text on the layout.

Receipt

  •   Address block
    This block consists of data on the address of the warehouse that will receive the items and the address of the supplier.

  • Header block
    This block consists of fields which you can use to enter data on the header section of the receipt. This data could be the order number and the supplier’s code.

  • Item block
    This block consists of data in a table about the items received such as the items code, items description, quantity received, and price of the items received.

  • Text line block
    This block consists of fields which can be used to enter data on the receipt of an order when the item block is not used. The data could be a text line printed on the receipt layout.

  • Carry forward block
    If a receipt is made up of multiple pages, data about the total receipt amount of each page which is classified under this block can be printed below the page as a carry forward amount.

  • Continuation block
    If a receipt is made up of multiple pages, data about the total receipt amount of each page which is classified under this block can be printed on top of the subsequent page as a continuation.

  • Total block
    This block consists of data on the total amount of the receipt such as the total receipt value and total receipt quantity.

  • Item block
    This block consists of data about the items received and the receipt such as the item code, receipt date, purchase order number, and the supplier’s code.
