Introduction
On this page, you can view all existing process actions
linked to the selected HRM process type. These actions are tasks that need to be carried out
for the related process type. This feature is part of the intelligent process
flow management, used to alert the respective personnel on HR-related
activities that may require their actions. For more information, see Intelligent Process Cockpit.
Roles and rights
To view HRM process actions, function right 104 - Maintain public holiday for a country is required.
By default, users with the HR and HR assistant roles have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the list of existing HRM process actions?
- On the HRM: Process types page, define the required criteria.
- Click Show.
- Click the hyperlink under the Process type column to view the corresponding process type.
- Click Edit.
- Then, click Process actions. The HRM: Process actions page will
be displayed.
- Define the required criteria, and then click Show.
How do I view a specific HRM process action?
- On the HRM: Process types page, define the required criteria.
- Click Show.
- Click the hyperlink under the Process type column to view the corresponding process type.
- Click Edit.
- Then, click Process actions. The HRM: Process actions page will
be displayed.
- Define the required criteria, and then click Show.
- Click the ID or description of the process action under the Action ID or Description column respectively to view the corresponding process action.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
New
Click this to create a process action. For more information, see Creating and modifying HRM process actions.
Process types
Click this to go back to the process type listing. For more information, see Viewing HRM process types.
Fields
Criteria section
Process type
Select the process type to display the process actions linked to the selected process type.
Frequency
Select Once-only, Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, or Daily to display the process actions with the selected frequency.
Blocked
Select this check box if you want any blocked process action to be displayed.
