This screen allows you to display the list of payroll components. Payroll components are items used for payroll purposes such as the basic salary, bonus, allowance, overtime, and many more. You can also modify or create payroll components by clicking the code or the New button respectively.
HRM/Setup/Payroll/Setup/References/Components
To view the list of payroll components, function right 505 — View payroll components is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to create a new payroll component entry. For more information, see Overview of Payroll Component Types.
Click this to exit.
Select the country to display the list of payroll components for the selected country.
Select the Active, Future, Inactive, Incomplete, and/or Blocked check boxes to display the respective statuses of the components. You can select more than one option.
Type a full or partial unique code for the payroll components to be displayed.
Type a full or partial description of the payroll components to display the payroll components that match this description.
Select the required payroll components type such as Bank account, Deduction, Financial component, Reservation, or Taxes to display the payroll components that match the type.
The components for the selected country will be displayed in the results. See the following screen for an example:
