Introduction
This document provides you the steps to inserting and
deleting fields in activity types.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 407. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained
here will not be applicable.
How do I insert fields in activity types?
- Go
to System ➔ General ➔ CRM ➔ Activity types.
- Select
the relevant activity type.
- Click
Open.
- Under
the Fields section, click the New icon .
- In
the Activity types – Fields screen, select the relevant field.
- Click
OK.
- In
the Activity types screen, define the relevant options.
- Click
Save, and then click Close.
How do I remove fields from activity types?
- Go
to System ➔ General ➔ CRM ➔ Activity types.
- Select
the relevant activity type.
- Click
Open.
- Under
the Fields section, select the relevant field, and then click the Delete icon.
- A
confirmation message will be displayed. Click Yes to proceed, or click No
to cancel.
- Click
Close.
Buttons
OK
Click this to insert the selected field.
Cancel
Click this to cancel the insertion of the selected field.
Icons
New icon
Click this to insert a field into an activity type.
Delete icon
Click this to remove a field from an activity type.
