Introduction

On this page, you can view a list of divisions as well as create division entries.

Roles and rights

All users can view the list of divisions. However, to create divisions, function right 366 – Create new division is required. To modify divisions, function right 90 – Maintain division is required. Users with the General manager, HR, or HR assistant role have these function rights.

How do I view the list of divisions?

  1. On the HRM: Divisions page at Country, select the country where the division is from.
  2. After defining other criteria, click Show.

How do I view the information of the divisions?

  1. On the HRM: Divisions page at Country, select the country where the division is from.
  2. After defining other criteria, click Show.
  3. Click the hyperlink under the Code or Name column.

How do I create divisions?

  1. On the HRM: Divisions page, click New.
  2. Type the code of the division at Code.
  3. At Name, type the name of the division.
  4. Fill in other required information.
  5. Click Save. To save this entry and create another division immediately, click Save + New instead.

Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
