Introduction
This page allows you to view and manage all the favorites that you have created.

All users are able to access this page.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 255 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I search for a specific page grouped under favorites?

On the System: Favorites page, define the criteria.

Click Refresh.
How do I create favorites?

On the System: Favorites page, click New. For more information, see Creating favorites.
How do I create a category in favorites?

On the System: Favorites page, click Category. For more information, see Creating categories in favorites.
How do I maintain different categories in favorites?

On the System: Favorites page, click Categories. For more information, see Maintaining categories in favorites.
Buttons
Refresh
Click this to list your favorites based on the defined criteria.
New
Click this to create a favorite.
Category
Click this to create a category.
Categories
Click this to manage the categories you have created.
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
Criteria section
Show
Select List to display your favorites in a list format. Select Summary to display your favorites in a summary format.
Categories
Select the category to list your favorites for that category only.
Columns
Category
This column displays the categories you have created. Click a category to view favorites added into that category.
This column can be sorted.
Description
This column displays the favorites that are available. Click a description to open the link to the favorite.
This column can be sorted.
Edit
Click Edit to edit the favorite.
Delete
Click the icon to delete the favorite.
