This document provides the information on how to print picking lists for sales orders or service orders. Various type of picking lists can be printed such as picking list, collective picking list, or dispatch list.
Select this to print the list of items to be picked from the warehouse.
Select this to group the picking lists by item for printing.
Note: If the Fulfillment date at Order ➔ Entries ➔ Picking list is defined (whereby the All check box is not selected), only the item(s) in the selected sales order with fulfillment dates equal to or earlier than the specified date will be printed.
Select this to print the list of items to dispatch.
Select this check box to print the dispatch list and picking list selected under the Type section.
Note: This check box is available only if the Picking list option or the Collective picking list option under the Type section is selected.
Select this check box to print the picking list and collective picking list.
Note: This check box is available only if the Collective picking list option under the Type section is selected.
Select this check box to include item parts (items that are used to produce the items in the sales order or service order) in the picking list or collective picking list.
Note: The items with item parts (except item parts with Phantom and Phantom zero lead time conditions) will be printed in the picking list or collective picking list only if the Explode – Fulfillment check box at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Service ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Purchase/Sales tab in the Attributes: Sales section is selected.
Select this check box to group the items of the sales orders in the collective picking list.
Note: This check box is available only for sales orders.
Type or select the layout of the picking list. By default, a layout is displayed depending on the option selected under the Type section. This information is mandatory.
Note: This box is available only if the Picking list option or Collective picking list option is selected. Also, the default layout is defined at System ➔ General ➔ Settings, under Document settings at the Picking list box and Collective picking list box.
Click this to print the picking list.
Click this to exit.
