You can view a graphical report of the process flow that a request is involved in by clicking View: Flow while viewing the request. In the process flow view, you can see the current status and actors of each request involved in the process flow. This view provides you with an overview of the current status of the whole process flow.
Requests that are involved in a process flow are those created when you create a Process flow request from the new request menu. The request types involved in a process flow can be configured from the Process flow: Template page accessible from Workflow/Setup/Process flow/Template if you have the necessary roles and rights. For more information, see Related document.
Open an existing request that is created from a process flow and click the View: Flow.
All users with the ability to view the request involved in the process flow can view this page. The process flow view displays all the stages of the process flow and the request type that is used for each stage. Each box displays the request ID, the current status of the request, and the current actors of the request. The request ID and name of the current actors are hyperlinks that you can click to go to the relevant request form or personal card.
The boxes are colored according to the same color used in the request form to indicate the current status of the request in each stage. For more information, see Creating and Modifying Requests.
This displays the color of the boxes in the process flow chart and the status that each color indicates.
