On this page, you can view a list of project rates, as well as create and delete project and customer rates.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 263 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to apply the adjusted rates. The message “Apply latest rates to all unapproved hour planning & realization request of this project” will be displayed.
You will be asked to confirm your action. If the invoice has already been processed, you will need to generate a credit note. Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel the process.
Note: When a rate is adjusted after it has been used in hour planning, the hours will be saved in the request with the wrong rate.
Click this to adjust the existing date when price agreements are prolonged.
Note: This is applicable only for customer rates that comply with the current end date. This button will be displayed based on the following scenarios whereby the button will check on the available options when it is clicked.

This displays the code and description of the project that are linked to the project rate.
This displays the customer who is linked to the project rate.
This displays the planned period of the project. The planned period is either user-defined or system-defined.
This displays the currency entered in the relevant account card that is linked to the project rate.
Type or select the current planned period of the project. By default the current date display the end date of the planned period. This field is mandatory.
Type or select the new end date of the project. This field is mandatory.
Select the Project, Members, Project rates and/or Customer rates check box(es) to apply the new planned end period of the project.
Note: This section is available when you click the End date button.
This section displays all members who are linked to the project rate. You can view the member details by selecting a name under the Name column. You can also view the details of the division of the person by selecting the division under the Division column.
You can click New to link new project members or Edit to modify project members. For more information see Adding and maintaining project members.
This section displays all the new project rates created. You can click New to create new project rates. For more information, see Creating and modifying project rates.
This section displays all the new customer rates created. You can click New to create new customer rates. For more information see Creating and modifying customer rates.
