Exact Synergy Enterprise Document Downloader allows you to download multiple documents and the attachments in the documents all at one time. You will need to install the application before you can use it. This document will guide you on the installation of the application. Note that you will also need to install the correct or valid SSL Certification to the website before using the application.
The buttons are described in the relevant sections.
This document is divided into the following sections for better viewing:
1. Go to System/Setup/Other, and then click Installation: Exact Synergy Enterprise Document Downloader.
2. Click Run to begin the installation immediately or Save to save the file to your computer for installation at a later time.

1. Locate and double-click the ESEDocumentDownloader installer file that you downloaded previously. You will see the following screen:
2. Click Next.
3. Select the I accept the terms in the License Agreement check box if you agree with the license agreement, and then click Next. The following screen is displayed:
4. Select the preferred installation folder in the first box or click Change… to select a different folder from the one that was suggested.
5. Fill in the correct URL at Website Address, and then click Next.
6. Then, click Install to begin the installation.
7. Once the installation is completed, click Finish to exit the installation.
Once installation is completed, you can start using the application. For more information, see How-to: Using Exact Synergy Enterprise Document Downloader.
1. Go to Microsoft Windows Start button, Control Panel (or Microsoft Windows Start button, Settings, Control Panel), and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
2. Select Exact Synergy Enterprise Document Downloader and click Remove.
3. Finally, click Yes to confirm the removal of the application.
