HRM à Reports à People à Search
This page allows you to create and modify the division of the person. This page is available only if you have selected the license option YA0150 Central Master Data Management at System à Setup à License à Update (for more information, see Updating license), and People check box at System à Setup à Central Master Data Management à Settings (for more information, see Activating Central Master Data Management (CMDM) functions).
To create and edit divisions for people, function right 85 – Allows to create employees is required. Users with the HR and HR assistant roles have these function rights.

The information in this document is based on product update 248.
1. On the HRM: Search – People page, define the search criteria.
2. Click Show.
3. Select a person under the Name column.
4. In the Divisions section, click Add.
5. Define the fields.
6. Click Save.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
4. In the Divisions section, select a division that you want to edit under the Person – Division column.
5. Make the change(s).
4. In the Divisions section, select a division that you want to delete under the Person – Division column.
5. Click Delete.
6. A message “Are you sure that you want to delete this record?” will be displayed.
7. Click OK.
Click this to save the details of the division for the person.
Click this to save the details of the division and create another division entry.
Note: This button is available only if you are creating a division for the person.
Click this to delete the division of the person.
Note: This button is available only if you are maintaining a division entry.
Click this to exit.
This field displays the selected person. This field cannot be edited.
Type or select a division for the selected person. This field cannot be edited once you have saved the division.
Select this check box if this is the main division of the selected person.
Type or select the manager whom the person is reporting to.
Type or select the assistant manager of the person.
Type or select the cost center where the person is assigned to.
Type or select the cost unit where the person is assigned to.
Type the office phone number of the person.
Type the office phone extension number of the person.
Type the business mobile number of the person.
Type the office fax number of the person.
Type or select the permanent office location where the person is based at.
Type or select the office location where the person works.
Type the office room number of the person.
Type the company email address of the person.
Select the current appraisal of the person.
Select the previous appraisal for the person.
Type a security level for the person.
Select this check box to disallow access rights to Exact Globe Next.
This field displays the status of the person. This field cannot be edited.
Type the creditor code for the person.
Type the debtor code for the person.
This section allows you to define a limit for purchase orders, sales orders, service orders, sales invoices, and Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) orders for the division of the person. If the limit is exceeded for the order(s), the order(s) cannot be created and authorized in Exact Globe.
Type the limit amount for the purchase order(s) of the division.
Type the limit amount for the sales or service order(s) of the division.
Type the limit amount for the sales invoice(s) of the division.
Type the limit amount for the Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) order(s) of the division.
Select the type of employment for the person. You can select any of the following options:
Contractor — A contractor is a self-employed independent person, who receives payment from the company based on the invoices submitted for the work or services provided.
Employee — An employee is a person who has an employment contract with the company.
Student — A student is a person who has a study contract with the company, with a defined end date, to obtain working knowledge and experience.
Temporary —A temporary employee is a person employed by a temporary employment agency.
Type or select a job title for the person.
Select the job level of the position which the person has been assigned to.
Type or select the expected start date of the employment of the person. By default, the current date is displayed.
At Contract end date, type or select the end date of the employment contract of the person.
Type or select the date on which the person resigned or was terminated from employment.
Type the reason for the resignation or termination of the person.
Type a Full Time-Equivalent (FTE) factor for the vacancy. By default, “1.000000” is filled in. The FTE factor is calculated based on the Master Resource Schedule (MRS). For example, if a person is applying for a job with an MRS of 40 hours a week, which means the person is expected to work based on the standard work schedule of 40 hours a week, the FTE value will be 1.000000. However, if the person is applying for a job that requires only 20 hours a week, the FTE will be 0.5000000. The value is calculated by dividing 20 over 40.
Type the name of the creditor for the division.
Type the payee name for the division.
Type or select the classification for the division.
Type or select a price list for the division.
Type the discount percentage for the division.
Type or select the payment condition code for the division.
Type the tax number for the division.
Type or select an offset account for the division.
Type or select a creditor account for the division.
Type or select a currency code for the division.
Type the fiscal code for the division.
Type or select a rate for the division.
Type an internal rate for the division.
