You can create two types of internal use requests, namely standard internal use requests and group internal use requests. A group internal use request is created for requesting items or services to support daily internal processes in an organization. A standard internal use request contains a single item per request whereas a group internal use request contains multiple items per request. You can generate standard internal use requests in multiples but once saved, the requests will be divided into the individual standard internal use requests.
In this screen, you can obtain an overview of standard and group internal use requests. The process flow is as follows:
You can filter the requests that you want to display by defining one or more search criteria.
Click this to start searching for the requests based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Click this to return to the previous list of results.
Click this to display the next list of results.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each page. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
A list of options will be displayed when you click at Cost center, Item code, Resource, and Project code. From the list, make a selection and click Select.
Select Internal use to obtain an overview of standard internal use requests or Group internal use to obtain an overview of group internal use requests.
Note: Depending on which option you have selected, different fields will be displayed.
Type or select a cost center to display requests linked to this cost center. Select the All check box to display requests linked to any cost center.
Note: This is available only when you select Internal use under the Selection section.
Type or select an item to display requests created for this item. Select the All check box to display requests linked to any item.
Type or select a resource to display requests created for this resource. Select the All check box to display requests linked to any resource.
Type or select a project to display requests linked to this project. Select the All check box to display requests linked to any project.
Type or select a date or range of dates to display requests with this fulfillment date(s). Select the All check box to display requests with any fulfillment date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display requests with fulfillment dates on and after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display requests with fulfillment dates on and before the selected date.
Type a reference number to display standard internal use requests with this number.
Type a your reference number to display group internal use requests with this number.
Note: This is available only when you select Group internal use under the Selection section.
Select one or more of the following check boxes to display requests with the corresponding statuses:
After defining the search criteria, click Search. The requests that match the defined search criteria are then displayed.
Note: It is possible that not all columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.

Click this to add a new note to the selected request or view an existing one. For more information, see Creating and maintaining notes.
Click this to attach a new document to the selected request or view an existing one. For more information, see Viewing attached documents.
Click this to view the financial entries linked to the selected request.
Click this to view or maintain the item maintenance screen of the selected request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining items.
Click this to view or maintain the project linked to the selected request. For more information see, Creating and maintaining projects.
Click this to view or maintain the resource card of the requestor of the selected request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining resources.
Click this to create multiple standard internal use requests at one time. For more information, see Creating multiple internal use requests.
Click this to delete the selected request. Once clicked, a confirmation will be displayed. Click Yes to confirm deleting the selected request or No to cancel.
Click this to view or maintain the selected request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining internal use rquests or Creating and maintaining group internal use requests.
Click this to create a standard or group internal use request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining internal use requests and Creating and maintaining group internal use requests.
Click this to exit.
