This page allows you to export contracts to Microsoft Excel.
To export contracts, go to Customers/Report/Contracts/Search, define the search criteria, click Show, and then click Export.
To export contracts for customers and resellers, function right 491 – Allows to export contracts for customers/resellers is required. Users with the F&A staff or Marking manager role have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to export the contracts.
Click this to exit.
Select one of the following details of the contracts to be exported:
This section is available only if Contract: Details is selected at Level: Details under the Export: Data section.
The number of the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
The start date of the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
The prolongation date of the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
The final date of the contract will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
Select this check box to export the currency of the contracts.
Select this check box to export the purchase price of the contracts.
Select this check box to export the purchase price of the contracts in the local currency.
Select this check box to export the total number of items in the contracts.
The code of the items in the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
The description of the items in the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
The variant price of the items in the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
The variant description of the items in the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
Select this check box to export the code of the assortments of the items in the contracts.
Select this check box to export the description of the assortments of the items in the contracts.
The name of the accounts in the contracts will be exported. By default, this check box is selected and is not enabled.
Select this check box to export the code of the accounts in the contracts.
Select this check box to export the city of the accounts in the contracts.
Select this check box to export the country of the accounts in the contracts.
Select this check box to export the state of the accounts in the contracts.
Select this check box to export the classification of the accounts in the contract.
Type a name for the document to be exported.
