PU 508 | 507 | 506 (Globe+): Handling of KSeF API limitations (Polish legislation)

In the earlier versions of Exact Globe+, API rate limits defined by Poland’s National e-Invoice System (KSeF) were not consistently monitored. This sometimes led to unexpected interruptions when thresholds were reached.

In this product update, Exact Globe+ incorporates proactive rate-limit handling. The system will check the current usage before executing certain operations and will provide notifications when the actions exceed the quota.

Automatic API limit retrieval

Exact Globe+ downloads the current API quota associated with your NIP and stores it with a timestamp. This ensures that quota checks are always tied to the correct date.

Real-time validation during processing

If you process invoices at Invoices > Entries > National e-Invoice System (KSeF) > Outgoing e-Invoices, especially when processing “Not validated” records, the system compares the number of selected records with the stored API limit. If the selection equals the limit, a warning is displayed to indicate that the next action will use the remaining quota.

If the selection exceeds the available limit, the system will display a message for you to reduce the number of records before continuing.

Automatic daily refresh

The system reacquires the API limit whenever the current date differs from the last retrieval date, ensuring you will always work with up-to-date quota information.

Enforcement of KSeF thresholds

For the Invoices > Entries > National e-Invoice System (KSeF) > Outgoing e-Invoices menu path, Exact Globe+ enforces the KSeF defined thresholds of 30 requests per second and 120 requests per minute. These user actions against these limits are evaluated in real time. Since one record equals one request, you should remain within these limits when processing large batches.
