Creating and maintaining general ledger accounts - Warehouse tab

Menu path

Go to Finance ➔ General ledger ➔ Chart of G/L’s, select the relevant general ledger (G/L) account, and then click Open. Next, click the Warehouse tab at the Maintain accounts screen.

Introduction 

This document provides the information on how to generate and display the overview of the actual and budgeted amounts by warehouses and periods in a specific year for the general ledger account. For more information, see Creating and maintaining general ledger accounts.

Fields

Year

Select the year to display the actual and budgeted amount by warehouse.

Budget scenario

Type or select the budget scenario to display the actual and budgeted amount by warehouse.

Budget

Select this check box to display the budgeted amount by warehouse.

Actual

Select this check box to display the actual amount by warehouse.

Budgets section

In this section, the budgeted and actual amounts are displayed by warehouse and period.
