Introduction

On this page, you can set the fields that require authorization for the changes made before they are applied to the respective fields.

Roles and rights

To view and maintain the fields to be authorized, function right 147 — Maintain resource card is required. By default, users with the HR or HR assistant role have this function right.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I define the fields that require or do not require authorization when changes are made?

1. On the HRM: Fields - To be authorised page at Division, type or select a division code.
2. Click Edit.
3. Select the check boxes next to the respective fields to indicate the fields where HR authorization is required when information in those fields are changed.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Close.
