To create an entry for a family member to a person, you must first create the person at HR/Human resources/Maintain. Once you have created the person, select it and then click Open. Next, click the Family tab and then click the New icon. You will see this screen.
Note: To maintain the entry for family member, select the entry you want to modify and then click the Edit icon. You can also create or maintain the entries for family members at Payroll/Human resources/Maintain.
Type the full name of the family member. This is a mandatory field.
Select the relationship between the selected person and the family member. You can select from Child, Partner, Parent, or Relative.
Select the gender for the family member. You can select from Male, Female, or Unknown.
Type or select the birth date of the family member.
Type or select the death date of the family member.
