PU 425 | 424 | 423 (Globe) and 502 | 501 | 500 (Globe+): Enhancements to the tax invoice layout, VAT reports, and withholding tax certificates (Thai legislation)

There are several enhancements made to the tax invoice layout such as the following:

Tax invoice numbering

The Tax invoice field in the Numbers settings screen at System > General > Settings stores a maximum limit of nine digits.

Support of Accounts: free field 44

The Accounts: free field 44 (TextField29) at System > General > Free fields is supported in the tax invoice layout, VAT (sales and purchase) reports, and withholding reports. This improvement caters for the account name if the length of the existing debtor or creditor name is too long.

When printing the debtor or creditor name in the VAT reports and withholding tax certificates, the following conditions are taken into account in order of priority:

1. Accounts: free field 44 (TextField29)
2. The main debtor or creditor name under the Basics tab in the accounts maintenance screen (existing functionality).
