This page allows you to authorize the service activity requests in bulk.
All users can authorize the service activities in bulk.
Note:
The information in this document is based on product update 252.
Keep in mind: The Authorize button is enabled only if a check box is selected.
Click this to update the results according to the defined search criteria.
Click this to authorize the service activity requests of the selected customer(s).

Type or select a date to view the service activity requests that are created before or on the selected date. By default, the current date is displayed.
Type or select a division to view the service activity requests of the selected division. This field is mandatory.
Type or select an account to view the service activity requests of the selected account. You can leave this field blank to display the service activity requests for any accounts.
Type or select an activity type to view the service activity requests with the selected activity type. You can leave this field blank to display the service activity requests with any activity types.
Type or select the planned date or date range to view the service activity requests with the selected planned dates. You can leave these fields blank to display the service activity requests with any planned dates.
