Defining migrated sales invoice columns

The following screen will be displayed when you click Columns at the toolbar in a migrated invoice entry screen. For more information, see Viewing migrated sales invoices.

Fields

Description, Long description, Extra description, Warehouse, Pricelist, Quantity, Unit, Fulfillment date, Sales price, Disc. %, Disc. %(Extra), Total discount %, Net price, VAT, Amount, Cost price, Markup %,Project code, Person, Cost center, Cost unit, Serial/batch numbers, Sales order, Amount incl. VAT

Select one check box or more check to display the corresponding columns for the migrated invoice lines. The descriptions of the migrated information in the displayed columns are similar to the descriptions of the information displayed in the columns of sales invoices created in Exact Globe Next. For more information, see Customizing columns for invoice or credit note lines.

Assortments

Click this to display additional columns in the migrated sales invoice lines. Once clicked, the following check boxes will be displayed:

Product line, Brands, Product Group, Solution area, Target Group, Internal Products, Part definition, Solutions, Financial analysis, Definitions

Select one check box or more check to display the corresponding columns for the migrated sales invoice lines.
