On this page, you can create a a new entry for a person by copying the details of an existing entry.
To copy details of a person to a new entry, function right 147 — Maintain resource card is required. By default, users with the HR or HR assistant role have this function right.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to create an entry for the person.
This displays the name of the person whose details will be copied to the new entry.
Type the ID of the person for the new entry. This information is mandatory.
Type the first name of the person for the new entry.
Type the middle name of the person for the new entry.
Type the last name of the person for the new entry. This information is mandatory.
Type the user name of the person for the new entry. This information is mandatory.
Type or select the start date of the employment of the person for the new entry. This information is mandatory.
Type or select the date of birth of the person for the new entry. This information is mandatory.
Select the relevant check boxes to specify the details of the person that you want to copy to the new entry. If you do not want to copy the details of the person to the other person, clear the relevant check boxes.
