Service management à Reports à Contracts à Search
This page allows you to search for contracts that have been created for the services.
To search for service contracts, function right 851 – View service contracts is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.
Notes:
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
You can customize the fields and columns that you want to be displayed on the page by clicking Customize.
Click this to display the service contracts based on the search criteria.
Click this to clear the search criteria.
Click this to display the total number of service contracts.
Click this to clear all the customized search criteria.
Click this to define the search criteria.
Note: This button is available only if Show is clicked.
Click this to exit.
Type or select a division to display the service contracts for the division. By default, your division will be displayed.
Select the status of the service contracts to be displayed. More than one status can be selected:
Type or select a cost unit to display service contracts for the selected cost unit. If this field is blank, service contracts with any cost unit will be displayed.
Type or select a cost center to display service contracts for the selected cost center. If this field is blank, service contracts with any cost center will be displayed.
Type or select a template to display service contracts for the selected template. If this field is blank, service contracts with any template will be displayed.
Type or select a service contract number to display service contracts for the selected service contract number. If this field is blank, service contracts with any service contract number will be displayed.
Type or select a project to display service contracts for the selected project. If this field is blank, service contracts with any project will be displayed.
Type or select a contract type to display service contracts for the selected contract type. If this field is blank, service contracts with any contract type will be displayed.
Type or select an account to display service contracts for the selected account. If this field is blank, service contracts with any account will be displayed.
Type or select a main contact person to display service contracts for the selected main contact person. If this field is blank, service contracts with any main contact person will be displayed.
Type or select a contact person to display service contracts for the selected contact person. If this field is blank, service contracts with any contact person will be displayed.
Type or select a service contract account to display service contracts for the selected service contract account. If this field is blank, service contracts with any service contract account will be displayed.
Type or select a service activity account to display service contracts for the selected service activity account. If this field is blank, service contracts with any service activity account will be displayed.
Type or select the account(s) that will be invoiced to display service contracts for the selected invoice account(s). If these fields are blank, service contracts with any invoice account will be displayed.
Type or select a service configuration to display service contracts for the selected service configuration. If this field is blank, service contracts with any service configuration will be displayed.
Select how you want the service contracts to be sorted. If Contract number (+) is selected, the service contract with the highest service contract number will be displayed at the top, and if Contract number (-) is selected, the service contract with the lowest service contract number will be displayed at the top. By default, Contract number (+) is displayed.
