Introduction
This page gives an overview of the employment contracts of the people. You can view the date where the validity of the contract begins.
Roles and rights
To view the contract details of a person, function right 158 — View resources reports is required. Users with the General manager, HR,
or HR assistant role have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the list of employment contracts?
- Define the criteria under the Criteria and Contract sections.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Type or select the division code to display the people belonging to the selected division. For more information on divisions, see Overview of divisions.
Cost center group
Type or select the cost center group code to display the people belonging to the selected cost center group.
Cost centre
Type or select the cost center code to display the people belonging to the selected cost center. For more information on cost centers, see Overview of cost centers.
Person
Type or select the person's ID to display the contract that the selected person has with the organization. For more information, see Creating and modifying entries for people.
Contract end date
Type or select the validity period of the contract.
Type
Select the Employee, Contractor, Student, and/or Temporary check boxes to display the people with the selected employment type. For more information, see Creating and modifying entries for people.
Status
Select the Active, Hired, and/or Inactive check boxes to display the people with the selected statuses.
Group by
Select Contract type, Cost center group, Cost centre, or Person to group the results by the selected option.
Show only
Select the Recent check box if you would like to show only the recent contracts.
Contract section
Category
Select the relevant category of the contract.
Contract type
Select the relevant type of contract.
Start date, End date
Type or select the start and end dates to display the contracts with the specified validity period.
Columns
The names and IDs of the people that match the defined criteria will be listed. Under the Contract type column, you can view the contract types of the contracts displayed. The date displayed in the Start date column is the date the person starts his/her employment.
