Service management à Setup à Contracts à Agreement sets
This page allows you to create and maintain agreement set lines, which can then be linked to the relevant agreement sets created. Agreement sets can be used to speed up processes and enable consistency in agreements used when creating contract (templates).
To create, edit, and delete agreement set lines, function right 996 – Maintain service agreement sets is required. Users with the Service manager role has this function right.

Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Click this to save the agreement set line.

Your division will be displayed. This field cannot be edited.
Type a line order number for the agreement set line.
Type the description for the agreement set line.
Select the Text, Response time, Preventive maintenance, Additional part/ hour, Parts/ Hours, Discount, or Item option for the agreement set line created. By default, Text is selected. The Additional part/ hour option will add a standard or hour item to the service activity planning lines to ensure this item is always included when performing service activities that relate to the account of the contract. This can be used for the registration of the standard amount of travel costs per service visit. The Parts / Hours option allows you to select an item group from Exact Globe Next, or assortment from Exact Synergy Enterprise, and to include or exclude it.
Type or select the relevant invoice document for the agreement set line created.
Note: This is available only if Text is selected at Agreement type.
Type a short description for the agreement set line. This is mandatory.
Note: This is available only if Text or Item is selected at Agreement type.
Click this to insert a timestamp with your login name, the current date, the current local time, and the GMT offset.
Click this to maximize the Remarks box. When in full screen view, you can click OK or Cancel to insert or discard your changes.
Select the type of maintenance for the agreement set line. You can select All, Preventive maintenance only, or Corrective maintenance only. By default, All will be selected.
Type the number of hours or days, and then select Hours or Days for the agreement set line. You can also select the hours or days. This is mandatory.
Note: This is available only if Response time is selected at Agreement type.
Type or select a preventive maintenance type for the agreement set line. For more information, see Creating and maintaining preventive maintenance types for Service management.
Note: This is available only if Preventive maintenance is selected at Agreement type.
Select this check box if you want to define the time interval for the agreement set line. Type the number of days or months, and then select Days or Months.
Select Previous request, or Fixed schedule for the preventive maintenance.
Type the start time of the service activity for the agreement set line.
Type the duration of the service activity (in hours) for the agreement set line.
Type or select the part or hour that is required for the agreement set line. This is mandatory.
Note: This is available only if Additional part / hour is selected at Agreement type.
Select the type of the additional part or hour for the agreement set line. Select Hour if the agreement set line requires additional hours, or Part if the agreement set line requires additional parts.
Type the quantity of the additional part or hour, or item for the agreement set line.
Note: This is available only if Additional part / hour or Item is selected at Agreement type.
Select All to include or exclude all the parts or hours, Assortment to get the part or hour from the assortment, or Price list to get the part or hour from the price list for the agreement set line.
Note: This is available only if Parts / Hours is selected at Agreement type.
Select Include to include the part or hour, or Exclude to exclude the part or hour for the agreement set line.
Type the discount percentage of the part or hour for the agreement set line. This is mandatory.
Select an item for the agreement set line. This is mandatory.
Note: This is available only if Item is selected at Agreement type.
Select a price list for the agreement set line.
Type or select a cost center for the agreement set line.
Type or select a cost unit for the agreement set line.
Select Yes or No to indicate that the agreement set line is tied to an invoice.
Type the rate of the invoice for the agreement set line.
Note: This is available only if Text, Response time, Preventive maintenance, Additional part / hour, or Parts / Hours is selected at Agreement type.
Select the type of discount for the invoice. You can select Fixed amount or Percentage. By default, Fixed amount is selected.
Note: This is available only if Discount is selected at Agreement type.
Type the discount amount of the invoice for the agreement set line. By default, "0.00" is displayed.
Note: This is available only if Discount is selected at Agreement type and Fixed amount is selected at Discount: Type.
Type the discount percentage of the invoice for the agreement set line. By default, “0.00” is displayed.
Note: This is available only if Discount is selected at Agreement type and Percentage is selected at Discount: Type.
Type or select the date of the invoice for the agreement set line.
Select Once-only or Contract to invoice the customer once only or on a contractual basis. By default, Once-only is selected.
