Viewing Item Translation Log
Introduction
The item translation log displays the log of the changes made to the item translation for the selected item.
Menu path
- Go to Logistics/Reports/Search/Items, define the search criteria, and then click Show. In the Search: Items screen, select an item, click Translations under the Monitor section, and then click Log.
- Type the item code or item name in Items on the left menu bar and then click . In the Search: Items screen, select an item, click Translations under the Monitor section, and then click Log.
Roles & rights
All users can view the item translation log.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh and then click the required link under the Role column.
Button
Show
Click this to view the item translation log that matches the search criteria.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the last defined criteria. This is available after you have click Show.
Reset
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Close
Click this to exit.
Description
Item
Type or select an item to view the translation log for the selected item. By default, the item selected in the previous screen will be displayed. You can leave this blank to view the translation log for all the items.
Language
Select a language to view the translation log with the selected language. You can leave this blank to view the translation log with any languages.
