On this page, you can view the details of the performance review groups and the level 1 indicators that are linked to the groups. In addition, you can also modify the performance review groups.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 253 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

This displays the description of the performance review group.
This displays the number of levels of performance indicators you can link to this performance review group. The maximum levels of indicators you can link to a performance review group is four.
This indicates if personal objectives can be added to the performance review profile of the employees. If this check box is selected, the New personal objectives section will be displayed in the profile.
This indicates if the objectives defined in the previous profile of the person (that was generated for the manager to review) will be displayed in the current profile. This allows reviewers to see the objectives that have been previously set for the person. If this check box is selected, the Personal objectives section will be displayed in the profile.
This indicates if the objectives defined in the previous profile have to be rated.
No — The objectives cannot be rated if you have selected this option. The objectives will still be displayed in the next performance review profile, but the score fields will not be available.
Draft — If you have selected this option, the objectives have to be rated. The objectives will be saved as draft, and will be displayed in the next performance review profile.
Final — If you have selected this option, the objectives have to be rated. The objectives will be saved as final, and will not be displayed in the next performance review profile.

The Code column displays all the level 1 indicator codes which are linked to this performance review group. Click the hyperlinks under this column to view and maintain the indicators. The Description column displays the descriptions of the indicators, while the Field type and Weight columns display the field type and weight of the indicators. You can rearrange the order of the indicators by dragging Move to move an indicator up or down the list. Alternatively, you can click Up to move an indicator up or Down to move an indicator down the list. Mouse over to view additional notes about the indicators.
