PU 506 | 505 | 504 (Globe+) and 424 (Globe): New SEPA version SCT 001.001.09 and SDD 008.001.08 available (Belgian, Swiss, and German legislations)

The new SEPA SCT 001.001.09 and SDD 008.001.08 are XML-based message formats under the ISO 20022 standard designed to streamline cross-border and domestic payment processes. The changes in the new formats are structured addresses and several tag names.

In this product update, the PAIN.001.001.09 for SCT export file format and PAIN.008.001.08 SDD export file format options are added to the Cash Instruments maintenance screen. The default versions will still be the existing versions SCT 001.001.03 and SDD 008.001.02 until you decide to change to the new versions.

The updates are as follows after you generate the SCT and SDD files:

• The SCT version is updated to PAIN.001.001.09 and SDD version is updated to PAIN.008.001.08.
• A more structured address is now included with tags such as the <StrtNm>, <Ctry>, <TwnNm>, and <PstlAdr> tags.

• The <BtchBookg> and <InstrPrty> tags are removed.

• The <BIC> tag is renamed to <BICFI>

• The <Dt> tag is added under the <ReqdExctnDt> tag for SCT.
