Overview of XML import results

Introduction
This screen displays the results of all the XML
files that were imported to Exact Globe Next. Whether the files were
imported successfully or otherwise, the results will be displayed in
batches in this screen. You can also search to display the batch files based on
the topic of the files and/or person who imported the files. You can also view
the details of the batch files.
What version are you using?
The
information in this document is applicable to product update 421 and higher. If
you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be
applicable.
How do I view the XML import results?
- In the XML > Other import > Results
screen, define the search criteria.
- Click Search.
- Select a result from the overview.
- Click
Open.
Fields
You can filter the XML files that you want to
display by defining the search criteria and clicking Search. The XML
files that match the search criteria you have defined are then displayed. A
list of options will be displayed if you click 
at the Person field.
From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see
Inserting and deleting columns.
Fields
Search
Click this to search for the entries based on
the search criteria.
Clear
Click this to clear the search criteria.
Number of rows
Type the number of rows to be displayed in each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Previous
Click this to return to the previous list of results.
Next
Click this to display the next list of results.
Person
Type or select a person to display the results of the XML files imported by the selected person.
Topic
Select a topic to search for the results of the XML files based on the topic defined. You can also leave the field blank to search for the results with any topic.

Open
Click this to view the details of the selected file.
Note: This button is enabled only if you have selected a file.
Close
Click this to exit.
