Product Update 406: Changes to DACH reports (German, Austrian, and Swiss legislations)

In this product update, several changes have been made to the DACH reports for the German, Austrian, and Swiss legislations, such as the following:

Asset movement schedule (gross) report

The Asset movement schedule (gross) report (Assets à Reports à Local reports à Asset movement schedule (gross)) lists all the assets and financial transactions of the assets.

Additions report

The Additions report (Assets à Reports à Local reports à Additions report) lists all the additional assets per year with the depreciation information, such as the useful life of the asset, depreciation percentage, and depreciation method.

Disposals report

The Disposals report (Assets à Reports à Local reports à Disposals report) lists the asset disposals with information such as disposal date, investments, depreciation, and status. The Layout section has been removed.

Special amortization report

The Special amortization report (Assets à Reports à Local reports à Special amortization report) displays all the assets with special depreciation (see Release 372: New depreciation transaction type in fixed asset for Germany). The Page and Rate information at the bottom of the report have been removed. 

The Include all zero value statements check box has been removed from the Asset movement schedule (gross), Additions, Disposals, and Special amortization reports.

Cost center and cost unit transactions

The Finance à General ledger à Local reports à KST-/KTR Einzelbewegungen menu path has been renamed to Finance à General ledger à Local reports à CCtr.-/Cst.unit transactions.

Several changes have been made to the cost center and cost unit transactions report such as the following:

• The Unprocessed information in the report will display Yes or No.

Actual vs Budget report

The Finance à General ledger à Local reports à Budget – Ist Vergleich menu path has been renamed to Finance à General ledger à Local reports à Actuals vs Budget.
