Product Update 417: Submission of VAT returns and EU sales lists for Digipoort and SII enhanced (Dutch and Spanish legislations)

The storage of certificates has been improved in Exact Globe Next to ensure that the submission of the VAT returns and EU sales lists remains accessible at all times by users on the Digipoort (accessible via System ? General ? Returns ? Send via Digipoort, for the Dutch legislation) and SII (accessible via Finance ? VAT/Statistics ? Immediate submission of VAT information, for the Spanish legislation) platforms. Via this enhancement, users will no longer encounter the message “Access denied”, with reference to the storing of certificates, when submitting the VAT returns and EU sales lists on the Digipoort and SII platforms.

From this product update onwards, the certificates will be stored in the registry of a particular user. This is only applicable to users with their own private keys and rights to access the Digipoort and SII platforms.
