This page gives you an overview of the company’s sales cycle. It also displays the outstanding amount of the sales orders for each status. You can view the overview by defining one or more of the following criteria.
Customers/Reports/Financial/Forecast
All users can view the sales forecast.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the overview based on the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to update the overview according to the defined criteria.
Click this to exit.
Select the type of date to display the sales forecast. Select any of the following:
Type or select the start date range to display the sales requests.
Select the organization group of the sales requests to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display sales requests from any organization group. You can leave this box blank to display the sales forecasts with any groups.
Select the request type of the sales requests to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display sales requests with any type. You can leave the box blank to display sales forecasts with any request types.
Select the account type of the sales requests to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display sales requests with any account type. You can leave the box blank to display sales forecasts with any account types. For more information on account types, see Creating and Modifying Accounts.
Select the required option to group the sales requests accordingly. Select any of the following options:
Select the type of status to be displayed for the sales requests. Select one or more of the following:
You can leave the check boxes blank if you do not want any of the columns to be displayed.
Type or select the division of the sales requests to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display sales requests from any division. For more information on divisions, see Overview of Divisions.
Select the assortment of the sales requests to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display sales requests with any assortment. For more information on assortments, see Overview of Assortments.
Select the account status of the sales requests to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display sales requests with any account status. For more information on account statuses, see Searching for Accounts.
Click at the title bar to customize the fields or sections. You can add or remove existing criteria based on your preferences by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes. Click Save to save the settings, Default to reset your selections to the default setting, or Close to exit without saving.
