This page displays the statuses of the Exact Globe Next background processes for Service management.
All users can view the statuses of the background processes.

Type or select a division to view the statuses of the background processes for the selected division. You can leave this field blank to view the statuses of the background processes for any divisions.
Type or select a customer to view the statuses of the background processes for the selected customer. You can leave this field blank to view the statuses of the background processes for any customers.
Type or select a request or range of requests to view the statuses of the background processes for the selected requests. You can leave these fields blank to view the statuses of the background processes for any requests.
Select Service activity or Invoices to view the statuses of the background processes for the service activities or invoices. By default, Service activity is displayed.
Select the statuses of the background processes to be displayed. You can select the Completed processes, Pending processes, and/or Errors check boxes.
