Introduction

At this screen, you can display the list of available budget scenarios.

Roles & rights

All users can view the list of budget scenarios.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Refresh

Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.

New

Click this to create a new budget scenario. For more information, see Creating Budget Scenarios.

Delete

Click this to delete the budget scenario(s) after selecting the check boxes next to the Scenario column.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

Criteria section

Status

Select Active, Block, or Free to determine the status of the budget scenario you want to display. Leave this option blank if you wish to display all statuses.

Security

Type the security level linked to the budget scenarios.

Allow: Import

Select Yes or No to display budget scenarios that are allowed or not allowed for import. Leave this option blank if you wish to display both.
