At this page, all the contacts for the selected account are displayed. You can also create new contacts or search for contacts with duplicate names.
To view the contacts list, click Accounts on the left menu. Next, define the search criteria, click Refresh, and then click the account type in the overview. Click the required link of the account under the Account: Name column, and then click All under the Contacts section.
Click this to display the results of the search criteria.
Click this to create a new contact person. For more information on how to create a new contact person, see Creating and Modifying Contacts.
Click this to search for contacts with duplicate names. For more information, see Searching for Accounts with Duplicate Contact Name.
Click this to exit.
Select the method of sorting the contacts. You can sort by Title, Full name, Last name, Job description, or Language.
Select this check box to display the contact persons of the account with an inactive status.
