Overview of invoice printing and processing notifications

Introduction
Notifications on pending invoice printing jobs are displayed
in this screen. This is available if the invoice printing and processing are
managed by the Exact Lightweight Integration Server (ELIS)
server.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 410 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the invoice printing and processing notifications?
- At Created date, type or select a date or range of
dates to display only notifications created on the selected date(s).
- At Person, type or select the ID of the person who
printed and processed the invoices from the Print invoices screen.
- At Show, select Unread or Read to
display notifications that you have not read or read respectively.
- Click Search.
Fields
Created date, to
Type or select a date or range of dates to display
notifications that are created on the selected date(s). Alternatively, select
the All check box to display all notifications.
Person
Type or select an employment ID to display only invoices
that have been sent for printing and processing by the selected person.
Show
Select one of the following options:
- All — Select this option to display all notifications.
- Unread — Select this to display only notifications that have not been read.
- Read — Select this to display only notifications that have been read.
Buttons
Delete
Click this to delete the selected notification(s).
Open
Click this to display the transactions within the selected
notification. You can then start the printing job for the selected transactions.

Close
Click this exit.
