E-WMS ASP error: The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced

When starting Pick-IT (probably for the first time) you will see the error below. This error will occur when Pick-IT IIS is running on a 64bit (x64) server or PC. Unfortunately, the ASP function that determines the MAC address of the mobile devices does not work on Windows x64.

In that case, the MAC address function can be bypassed by using a specific URL to start Pick-IT.
