In this screen, you can generate the power view of migrated sales orders. From the power view, you can obtain all information related to a customer at a glance, such as the ordered, fulfilled, and returned quantity of items in various sales orders.
Note: The sales information is migrated from the Macola Progression® database to the Exact Globe Next database using a migration tool.

Note: This menu path is available only if you select the View sales history conversion check box in Conversion history settings. For more information, see Conversion history settings.
You can filter the sales order history per customer by defining the search criteria and clicking Display. The sales order history that matches the defined criteria is then displayed. A list of options will be displayed if you click in the Warehouse, Debtor, Item group, and Item fields. From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Select Globe data or Conversion data to display the power view of existing or migrated sales order history, respectively. Select All to display both the existing and migrated sales order histories.
Type or select a customer to display items in sales orders linked to the customer. This information is mandatory.
Select a warehouse to display items in sales orders linked to this warehouse and the selected customer. Select All to display items in sales orders linked to any warehouse and the selected customer.
Select a year to display items in sales orders created in that year for the selected customer.
Note: The years available for selection are determined by the financial years defined at Financial year in the Period and year control section of General settings. For more information, see General settings.
Select By item to display the information of a specific item in sales orders created for the selected customer. Select By customer to display the information of all items in sales orders created for the selected customer. If you select By item, it is mandatory to define an item at Item in the Item section.
In the first box, type between “1” and “12” to display the sales order history for the corresponding number of periods. In the second box, select one of the following:

Select one status or more to display items in sales orders with the corresponding status(es):
Type or select an item group or a range of item groups to display items linked to the item group(s). Select the All check box to display items linked to any item group. By default, the All check box is selected.
Type or select an item or a range of items to display the corresponding item(s). Select the All check box to display all items. By default, the All check box is selected. This information is mandatory if you select By item at Show in the General section.
Select one assortment or more to display items linked to the assortment(s).
Note: The number of assortments displayed depends on the assortment(s) you have defined in the Assortments section in Item data settings and other menu paths. For more information, see Creating and maintaining assortments. If you have defined two assortments, then two assortment boxes will be displayed. You can define up to 10 assortments.
Click this to start generating the power view. For more information, see Power view report.
