Labels printing

Introduction
If you want mail to your employees, you can print the required labels via
this function. You can select the labels and print the employee number, name,
postal code, address and city.
Fields
Selection section
Layout
Select a layout for the labels by selecting from the browser.
Sort by
Select Resource ID, First name, or Last name to print the labels accordingly.
Range section
Cost center
Select a range of cost centers or select the
All check box to include all cost centers.
Job group
Select a range of job groups or select the
All check box to include all the job groups.
Resource
Select a range of resources or or select the
All check box to include all the resources.
Include section
Active
Select this check box to create a label for all employees with the Active status.
Hired
Select this check box to create a label for all employees with the Hired status
Inactive
Select this check box to create a label for all employees with the Inactive status.
Type section
Employee
Select this check box to create a label for all employees.
Student
Select this check box to create a label for all students.
Contractor
Select this check box to create a label for all contractors.
Temporary
Select this check box to create a label for temporary personnel in the company.
Printer settings section
Number of copies
Type the number of copies you want to print. By default the
value is "1".
Buttons
Display
Click this to display the selected labels.
Print
Click this to print the labels based on the selected criteria.
Close
Click this to exit.
