The Print labels screen is displayed when Print labels is clicked in the Order > Entries > Fulfillment screen at Order ➔ Entries ➔ Fulfillment. This screen allows you to print labels for the items in the selected sales orders.
By default, this check box is selected. This means all the main items listed in the sales order will be printed. This check box is not enabled.
Note: Phantom items, labor hours, and machine hours will not be printed.
Type the number of labels for each item in the selected sales order that you want to print. By default, “1” is displayed. This information is mandatory.
Type or select the layout of the item labels. By default, the layout displayed is based on Item labels defined at System ➔ General ➔ Settings, under Document settings in the Logistics section. This information is mandatory. For more information, see Documents settings.
Select this check box to print labels for item part(s) of the main item(s) in the sales order.
Type the number of labels for each part of the main item in the selected sales order that you want to print. By default, “1” is displayed. This information is mandatory.
Select this check box to print labels for the item(s) in the selected sales order that has been fulfilled.
Click this to view the item labels for the selected sales order.
Note: The item labels will not be printed.
Click this to print the item labels for the selected sales order.
Click this to exit and return to the Order > Entries > Fulfillment screen.
