This page displays the information of the service configuration. On this page, you can also add service configuration items for the service configuration, and view the service activities and reports of the service configuration.
To view service configurations, function right 850 – View service configurations is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.
Notes:
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
You can customize the fields and columns that you want to be displayed on the page by clicking Customize.

This section displays the remarks for the service configuration. The information in this section cannot be edited.
This section displays the service configuration items for the service configuration. You can add service configuration items to the service configuration and view the information of the service configuration items.
