Searching for item transactions

The Item transactions screen will be displayed when Item transactions in the screen is clicked (go to Inventory ➔ Warehouse management ➔ Warehouses and then click Open or New). This screen allows you to view the transactions of the items in the warehouse. You can also view and/or edit the purchase orders and sales orders of the transactions.

Fields

Item section

Warehouse

The selected warehouse is displayed. This box is disabled.

Item

Type or select an item from the selected warehouse. This is mandatory.

Transaction date section

Transaction date

Type or select the date or date range in which the transactions with the selected item were created to search for the transactions with the selected date. Select the All check box to display transactions with any transaction date for the selected item.

Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display transactions that were created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display transactions that were created on and before the selected date.

Click this to edit and/or view the transactions of the selected item. For more information, see Maintaining item transactions.
