Product Update 416: 3.0 (2018) version available for JPK_VAT audit file (Polish legislation)

To comply with the latest tax requirements and to support the 2018 version of the JPK_VAT audit file, the latest version, 3.0 (2018), has been added. The previous version, 2.0 (2017), will still be supported in Exact Globe Next. 

In the Audit file screen (accessible via Finance ➔ VAT/Statistics ➔ Audit file), the following enhancements have been made: 

• A Correction: No of time(s) text box has been added next to the Correction option, under the Export file section. You can enter a value between “1” and “999” in the text box. By default, the value is “1”. The text box will be enabled once the Correction option has been selected at Purpose.
• The Mail field has been renamed E-mail.
• The 3.0 (2018) option has been added at the Version: JPK VAT field, under the Criteria section. Select this option to export the audit file in the latest version.  

In the XML audit files, the following elements have been added to support the latest version: 

• <Podmiot1><IdentyfikatorPodmiotu><Email> - This element displays the entity information.
• <Naglowek><CelZlozenia><NazwaSystemu> - This element displays the software package that is used to export the audit file. For example, Exact Globe Next PU414.  

The following elements will not be available in the latest version of the audit file: 

•  <Naglowek><DomyslnyKodWaluty>
• <Naglowek><KodUrzedu>
• <SprzedazWiersz><typ>
• <ZakupWiersz><typ>
• <Podmiot1><AdresPodmiotu>
• <Podmiot1><IdentyfikatorPodmiotu><REGON>   

Due to the removal of the elements, the following information will not be displayed in the audit file: 

• Country code
• Province             
• Country
• Community
• Building
• City
• Postal code
