Settings: XML-Server

Introduction

When you make you of XML-server you will be able to define some basic settings. This can be done in the following menu [ System / General / Settings ]. Then select the button 'XML Server Settings'.

Explanation of the fields

Section Import

Delete source after import
If selected, the import file will be deleted after you have imported it.

Section Financial

Difference amount
When importing financial entries in foreign currency it sometimes happens that during the recalculating rounding differences come up. With this value you give in the maximal tolerance for these rounding differences.

Section Downloads

Web address
If you also have an Synergy environment you can select the address of it in this field. This will be the default address when performing for example an export.

Section Hours

These fields are only available when you have the module SE4000 in your license. This is E-Production.

Project
This setting determines the default project to be used when importing labor hour entries via XML in case the project is not specified in the XML file. The project defined must be active or proposed.

Item code
This setting determines the default hour to be used when importing labor hour entries via XML in case the labor hour is not specified in the XML file. The item selected must have the status active or future. The item should also be of the type 'Labor hour'
