Overview of account types

Introduction

You can generate the statistics of account types in the form of graph, table, and data in Microsoft Excel at CRM ➔ Graphs / Statistics ➔ Account types. This overview will give you insights of the number of account types in your administration by a certain date. It also shows analytical information such as the day you acquire the most number of new customers or the number of leads that were created on a certain day.

Description

You can filter the account types statistics that you want to display by specifying one or more of the following criteria and clicking Start. The account type statistics that matches the criteria you have defined is then displayed in the form of data, table, and data in Microsoft Excel.

Range section

Date

Type or select a date or a date range to generate the statistics of account types within the selected date or date range. Select the All check box to generate statistics of account types within any date range.

Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will generate the statistics of account types for the selected date and later dates. Typing or selecting only the end date will generate the statistics of account types on the selected date and earlier dates.

Parent account

Type or select a parent account to generate the statistics of account types for accounts with the selected parent account.

Reseller

Type or select the reseller to generate the statistics of account types for accounts with the selected reseller account.

Resource

Type or select a resource to generate the statistics of account types for accounts with the selected resource as representative.

Account

Select an account or a range of accounts to generate the statistics of account types for the selected account(s). Select the All check box to generate the statistics of account types for all accounts.

Classification

Select a classification or range of classifications to generate the statistics of account types for account(s) with the selected classification(s). Select the All check box to generate the statistics of account types linked to account(s) with any classification.

Country

Select a country or range of countries to generate the statistics of account types for accounts with the selected country or countries. Select the All check box to generate the statistics of the account types for accounts with any country.

Type

Select Customer, Prospect, Lead, or Suspect to generate the statistics of the selected account type. Select the All check box to generate the statistics for all account types.

Status

Select the Active, Passive, Pilot, Blocked, Reference, or Inactive check boxes to generate the statistics of account types for accounts with the selected status. Select the All check box to generate the statistics of account types for accounts with any status.

Buttons

Start

Click this to generate the statistics of account types based on the specified criteria. The statistics of account types are generated in the form of graph, table and data, when you click Start. You can specify the Classification and/or Type pivot to modify the view of the overview.

Click this to exit.
